DeKalb LEADS
With a goal to cultivate leaders that are well-informed, well-rounded, and engaged through coaching, connecting, and real-world experiences, DeKalb LEADS, is the premier leadership opportunity driving positive change and civic engagement in DeKalb County. This 10-month program equips participants to Learn, Engage, Activate, Develop, and Serve our community. The program exposes emerging and existing community leaders to the issues that face our region while challenging and empowering participants to strengthen the community through service and leadership.
Leadercast
Aspen Root Collective is proud to bring Leadercast to Northeast Indiana each year. This annual series of seminars inspires attendees to lead better, equipped with practical guidance that they can put into practice the next day.
