Amy Neal is a coach, connector, and lifelong educator who helps leaders unlock their purpose and embrace progress over perfection. With over two decades of experience in K–12 education—as a teacher, instructional coach, innovation lead, and professional development facilitator—Amy brings a rare blend of deep empathy, systems thinking, and strategic insight to every partnership.

Amy became a Gallup™ Certified Strengths Coach in 2015 and became Dare to Lead™ trained in 2021, transforming the way she cultivates leadership in individuals and organizations alike. Her coaching approach blends curiosity and candor, guiding clients to uncover patterns, make meaning, and take confident next steps in their growth journey.

Known for her ability to see potential where others see problems, Amy has led large-scale initiatives in instructional design, strategic planning, strengths-based development, and administrative coaching. Her credibility in both the classroom and the boardroom has made her a sought-after facilitator across Indiana and beyond.

As a proud participant-turned-facilitator of the DeKalb LEADS program, Amy understands what it means to live the leadership journey from the inside out. Her lived experience as a coach and learner allows her to design trainings that are both inspiring and actionable.
