This workshop equips participants to be more effective communicators and leaders through understanding the various generations in the workplace today. The goal is to create ‘win-win’ solutions that promote generational understanding that results in more positive workplaces and more collaborative communities.

In this workshop, students will work alongside their parents/adult supporters to use a mix of assessments, activities, and discussions to expand their career pathways.
