Sarah’s education and experience in a variety of industries offers insight into the fields of sales, retail, leasing, non-profit, and healthcare. Sarah puts great value in “showing up” to get the job done, no matter the problem.
She is a Certified Gallup™ Global Strengths Coach and is inspired by finding human potential and helping to maximize it. Sarah became Dare to Lead™ trained in 2020 and found it to be the most transformative work she has done to impact her leadership skills both personally and professionally. Sarah is an active community developer and has served on several non-profit boards as a change-maker for growth in Northeast Indiana. In 2020, Sarah was a founding member of the DeKalb LEADS steering committee, which formed a leadership development program helping to teach, engage, and develop leaders.
