About Sarah
Co-Founder | Certified Gallup™ Strengths Coach | Confidence Cultivator
Sarah Payne is no stranger to the messy, meaningful work of leadership. With a career spanning sales, retail, leasing, nonprofit management, healthcare, and community development, she brings a unique, cross-industry lens to coaching—meeting leaders where they are and helping them grow toward where they’re meant to be. Her diverse experience gives her the ability to see the whole picture, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and guide people toward lasting change.
As a Certified Gallup™ Global Strengths Coach and trained in the Dare to Lead™ practices and tools, Sarah specializes in helping individuals and organizations tap into their natural talents and lead with clarity, courage, and connection. She’s worked across sectors and alongside leaders at every level—from frontline teams to executive boards—offering fresh perspectives and practical tools to drive engagement, performance, and fulfillment at work.
Sarah’s clients appreciate her down-to-earth style, her infectious optimism, and her willingness to go first. In fact, in 2019, she ran for public office—not for political clout, but to model what it looks like to speak up, stand tall, and do hard things in service of community growth. That same courage fuels her coaching and facilitation practices today.
She is also a champion of rural leadership development, proudly serving as a founding member of the DeKalb LEADS Steering Committee and offering her expertise to countless nonprofits and community boards throughout Northeast Indiana.
